Thai Fried Rice:
4 pinggan nasi sejuk
150 gm isi ayam dihiris dilomor sedikit garam dan lada putih
150 gm udang dipotong 2-3..dilomor sedikit garam dan lada putih
4 biji telor..kocok
4 biji bawang putih dikisar
4 biji lada padi dihiris
3 sudu makan tom yam paste
1 paket serbuk nasi goreng thai Seri-Aji
1 sudu makan sos nampla (sos ikan)
5 helai daun limau purut dihiris
Garam dan minyak
Daun ketumbar utk hiasan
Chicken stok optional
1 biji bawang besar dipotong bulat
sayur campuran
**Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga garing, masukkan telor dan isi ayam.
Setelah telor dan isi ayam masak, barulah masukkan nasi, sayur campuran, chicken stok, tom yam paste, sari aji powder, cili padi, sos ikan, daun limau, bawang hiris.. gaul rata.
Kemudian cukupkan rasa, angkat hias dan hidangkan.

150 gm chicken slice thinly or cube marinate with salt and white pepper
150 gm prawns cut 2-3, marinate with salt and white pepper
4 eggs beaten ..
4 cloves garlic blended
4 bird eye chilli..slice
3 tbsp tom yam paste
1 package of thai fried rice powder Seri-Aji
1 tablespoon sauce nampla (fish sauce)
5 kaffir lime leaves, sliced
Salt and oil
Coriander leaves for garnish
Chicken stock (optional)
1 large onion cut round
mixed vegetables
** Heat oil and saute garlic till fragrant, add eggs and chicken.
After the egg and the chicken is cooked, then add rice, mixed vegetables, chicken stock, tom yam paste, sari aji powder, chili padi, fish sauce, lime leaves, sliced onions .. mix well.Add salt to taste, decorate and serve
