2 batang timun ( 2 cucumber)
1 lobak merah ( 1 carrot )
1 bawang bombay ( 1 bombay onion )
1 batang lada merah ( 1 red chilli )
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Garam & gula ( salt & sugar to taste)
Cara:
Cuci semua sayuran.
( clean all the vegetable)
Hiris timun ( slice cucumber)
Kupas kulit lobak dan hiris nipis.(Remove the carrot skin and slice thinly)
Kupas bawang, potong 4 dsn hiris nipis ( peel onion, cut into quaters and slicely thinly.
Hiris halus lada merah ( cut the chilli into thinly slices)
Satukan semua bahan hirisan ke dalam mangkok. ( mix all the vege into a bowl )
Masokkan apple cider, garam dan gula secukup rasa. ( add apple cider and season to taste )
Masukkan di fridge sblm menghidangkan nya. ( chill in the fridge before serving.
