SAMBAL TERUNG / SPICY EGGPLANT
SAMBAL TERUNG

beberapa hari yg lps, terpandang diblog Ita sambal terung ni. kebetulan dlm fridge ada segala bahan2nya.. ini lah sambal terung yg kzah masak.

1-2 biji terung panjang/bulat
3 biji bawang merah - dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
1 sudu makan udang kering - dikisar
2 sudu makan cili kisar
Sedikit air asam jawa
Gula dan garam
Terung di potong, cuci bersih dan di goreng separuh masak.
Panaskan sedikit minyak di dlm kuali.
Tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar sehingga terbit bau.
Masukkan terung, garam, gula dan air asam jawa.
Tumis hingga kering.
Tambah cili merah jika suka.
Hidangkan setelah masak
SPICY EGG PLANT
1-2 pieces of eggplant long / round
3 red onion - ground
2 cloves garlic - ground
1 tbsp dried shrimps - ground
2 tbsp chilli paste
Tamarind juice
Sugar and salt
Cut Eggplant in pieces, wash and fry half-cooked.
Heat a little oil in a wok.
Stir-fry ground ingredients until the fragrant.
Add in the eggplant, salt, sugar and tamarind juice.
Saute until dry.
Add red chilli if you like.
Serve after cooking
