Goreng Tauhu Sayuran (utk 4 orang)
2 keping tauhu
1 cawan minyak masak
75 gm udang basah dibuang kulit
4 batang kacang boncis serong
1 batang lobak kecil dipotong serong
2 sudu teh tepong jagung dibancuh dgn 1 sudu besar Air
Bahan A:
1 cawan air
2 sudu teh perasa tiram
1sudu teh serbuk pati ikan bilis
1sudu kecil gula
Lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa
Panaskan minyak, goreng tauhu dgn api sederhana hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan toskan.
Keluarkan minyak dlm kuali.
Dlm kuali yg sama..masukkan bahan A. Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan tahu dan rendidihkan selama 10 minit.
Masukkan udang dan sayur dan kacau perlahan sekali sekala hingga udang masak.
Masukkan bancuhan tepong jagung supaya kuah pekat.
Hidangkan panas bersama nasi.
Fried Tofu Vegetables (for 4 people)
2 pieces of tofu
1 cup cooking oil
75 gm peeled prawns
4 french bean
1 small carrot cut
2 tsp corn flour mixed with 1 tablespoon water
Ingredient A:
1 cup water
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon extract anchovies powder
1teaspoon sugar
Pepper and salt to taste
Heat oil and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove from fire and drain.
Remove the oil in a wok.
In the same pan, add ingredients A. .. Bring to a boil.
Stir in fried tofu and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp and vegetables and stir occasionally until shrimp slowly cooked.
Add in the corn flour mixture to make the gravy thickens.
Serve hot with rice.
