GULAI KETAM BERNANAS


GULAI LEMAK KETAM BERSAMA NANAS

Ramuan:
30 tangkai lada padi
3 cm kunyit hidup di kupas
1 litre santan, terdiri daripada santan pekat dan santan cair drpd 1.5 biji kelapa.
1/2 biji nanas dibuang kulit dan dipotong lebar
3 keping asam gelugur
2 helai daun kunyit
1 kg ketam dibersihkan dan dibelah 2.
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

Tumbuk cili padi dan kunyit hingga lumat dan masukkan dalam periok bersama santan cair (sebahagian drpd 1 liter santan) dan nanas lalu didihkan selama 15 minit.
Masukkan santan pekat, asam gelugor, garam dan gula serta daun kunyit yg dikoyak koyakkan.
Setelah kuahnya mendidih, masukkan ketam, dan masak selama 5 minit.



CRAB WITH PINEAPPLE

ingredients:
30 stalks bird eye chilli
3 cm turmeric
1 liter coconut milk, made ​​up of thick coconut milk out of 1.5 coconut.
