BISCUIT SUJI
Suji ini memang sedap..Rasanya macam suji BAI,walaupun resepi ini tidak menggunakan tepong suji,hasilnya tetap tidak mengecewakan.
Biskut Suji
500-525 gm tepong gandum diayak (Flour, shifted)
375 gm gula powder or gula icing diayak (Icing Sugar)
374 gm ghee ( Ghee)
¼ sudu teh serbuk vanilla ( 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder)
¾ sudu teh bicarbonate soda diayak (3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate soda, shifted)
2-3 biji kuning telor (2-3 egg yolk)
1. Campurkan gula dan ghee hingga sebati (mix sugar and ghee well)
2. Masukkan vanilla dan bicarbonate soda, gaul biar sebati. (add vanilla and bicarbonate soda well)
3. Masukkan tepong sedikit demi sedikit (add in flour a little at a time)
4. Bila habis, cubit sedikit demi sedikit adunan dan gentel bebola size yg dikehendaki (shape it into small marble or desire size)
5. Bakar dlm ketuhar dgn suhu 140-150 darjah selsius selama 10-12 minit. (bake it 140-150 celcius for 10-12 minute)

@Zah gunakan measuring scoop size ½ sudu kecil. Zah dapat dlm 380 biji suji
Jika sebesar 1 sudu teh akan dapat dlm 180-190 biji suji. (i'm using measuring scoop size half teaspoon to get the same size...abt 380 pcs)
