Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan A hingga wangi.
Masukkan bahan B, dan tumis lagi hingga garing.
Masukkan bahan C tumis hingga garing. Barulah dimasukkan bahan D,E Kacau rata sehingga cantik warnanya.
Barulah dimasukkan 3/4 bahagian daun ketumbar dan daun pudina.(tinggalkan sdikit utk tabur)
Masukkan F dan G, madu dan sedikit garam. Tuang sedikit air. Masaklah sehingga sedikit pekat. Masukkan kismis goreng, gaul rata,masukkan pula bawang goreng.Gaul sehingga rata.
Barulah dimasukkan ayam goreng.Gaul supaya ayam dan rempah bergaul rata.
Biarkan mendidih sehingga ayamnya empuk dan lembut.Masak lama sedikit, supaya rempahnya meresap.Bila ayamnya sudah masak barulah dimasukkan gajus goreng.
Gaul sampai rata.Semasa menghidang, tabur hirisan daun pudina/daun ketumbar, hirisan tomato dan kacang peas.Enak disajikan dengan Nasi Minyak mahu pun Nasi Beriani.Sebaik-baiknya masak hari ini,dan hidangkan pada keesokkan hari.
*jika menggunakan daging, tidak perlu di goreng dulu, cuma perap dgn bahan-bahan kisar.

Special Chicken Shosha
1 chicken abt 1.5kg, remove skin and all fat and cut into 12 (marinate with little turmeric and salt and fry ½ cook, set aside)
Ingredient A:
1 Cinnamon
5 cardamom
3 cloves
Ingredient B:
3 tablespoons dried chilli already grind
Ingredient C: grind finely
2½ cm ginger
5 cloves garlic
10 pieces of red onion
Ingredient D:
½ tsp turmeric powder
Ingredient E:
1 small can tomato puree
½ cup tomato sauce
Ingredient F:
half a cup of tamarind water .. not too thick
Ingredient G:
2 tomatoes cut 4
*oil and salt
½ cup shredded mint leaves
½ cup sliced coriander leaves
honey or sugar
1 tomato, sliced for garnish
½ cup fried onion
½ cup raisins fried and set aside
½ cup cashews, fried with a little oil.

Heat a little oil and fry ingredients A until fragrant.
Add ingredient B, and fry again until crisp.Pour C stir-fry.
Then put in ingredient D, E Stir until fragrant.
Then put 3/4 coriander and mint leaves. (Leave 1/4 of each leaves for garnishing)
Add F and G, honey and a pinch of salt. Pour a little water. Cook until slightly thickened.
Add the fried raisins, mix well, and include the fried onion..blended well.
Then throw in the chicken..mix thoroughly add fried cashew nuts.
When serving, sprinkle shredded mint / coriander leaves, sliced tomatoes served with any rice, Better still if you cook, and serve the next day to get the chicken well blended with the spices.
* If using beef, mutton, just marinate with blended ingredients.only chicken need to fry first.
