SAMBAL SADIN


Recepi below in MALAY & ENGLISH

SAMBAL SADIN (from Cutemamadelicacies)

1 tin sardin cap Ayam yg besar
1 batang serai dititik
3 helai daun limau purut dihiris halus
1 sudu maksn jus limau nipis
Air
1-2 sudu teh garam
1 biji bawang besar dihiris
1-2 biji tomato
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan kisar:
1-2 biji bawang besar
4 biji bawang putih
1 batang serai

Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar dan serai titik hingga wangi dan pecah minyak.
Masukkan sos sadin ( jika suka) dan juga air ( dlm 1 gelas).
Masukkan sadin, garam, gula, juz limau, tomato dan hirisan bawang.. Renih sekejap je. Matikan api.

SAMBAL SADIN
1 can of Sardine
1 stalk lemongrass..crush
3 kaffir lime leaves finely sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
water (amount up to you,gravy must not too watery)
1-2 teaspoons salt
1 large onion, sliced
1-2 tomatoes
Oil for frying

Ground items:
1-2 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
10-15 stalks dried chillies ( clear off seed to avoid too hot)
1 stalk lemongrass

Heat oil and fry the paste and lemon grass until fragrant.
add sadin sauce (if desired) and water (abt glass).
add sadin, salt, sugar, lime juice, tomatoes and sliced ​​onions .. let it cook for few minute. Turn off heat
