ACAR UDANG

ACAR UDANG

Pernahkah makan atau memasak Acar Udang. Resepi ini dalam simpanan kzah yang ingin kzah kongsi bersama. Cobalah.. Resepinya dibawah ini.


ACAR UDANG
500 gm udang dibersihkan, gaul dgn 1 sudu teh gula dan 2 sudu teh lada serbuk diperap 10 minit.
Goreng udang, angkat dan toskan, ketepikan.
200 gm lobak merah dihiris seperti mancis
200 gm timun dihiris spt mancis
50 gm cili sos
50 gm tomato sos
20 gm kismis kuning
30 ml cuka / apple cider
Garam dan Gula

Bahan tumis: A
3 ulas bawang merah dihiris
2 ulas bawang putih dihiris
100 gm lada yg sudah kisar
3 kuntum lawang
1 sudu teh biji sawi
Secukup minyak utk menumis


Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan A hingga garing.
Masukkan lobak merah dan masak sebentar.
Masukkan sos tomato dan sos cili dan kacau rata.
Masukkan cuka, gula dan garam. Masak hingga pekat.
Masukkan timun dan kismis. Kacau rata dan masak sebentar.
Akhir sekali masukkan udang, kacau rata dan masak lagi selama 5 minit.


ACAR UDANG -SHRIMP by azizah@cutemamadelicacies

500 grams of cleaned shrimp, mix with 1 teaspoon sugar and 2 tsp chilli powder, marinated 10 minutes.
Fried shrimp, remove from heat and drain, set aside.

200 gm of carrots sliced ​​like matches
200 gm sliced ​​cucumber like matches
50 gm chilli sauce
50 gm tomato sauce
20 gm of yellow raisins
30 ml of vinegar / apple cider
Salt and Sugar

 Ingredient: A
3 cloves shallots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
100 gm of ground chilli paste
3 star anise flower
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Enough oil for sauteing



Heat oil, saute ingredients A till fragrant.
Add in carrot and cook for few seconds.
Add tomato sauce and chili sauce and stir well.
Add the vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook until thick.
Add the cucumber and raisins. Stir and cook for few seconds.
Finally add the shrimp, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
