Fried French Loaf With Egg Potatoes

1 french loaf – diced
1 large potatoes – diced – lightly fried
1 large onions – sliced
3 red chillies – sliced
4 eggs – beated lightly
3 tbsp pepper
Salt to taste
Butter/olive oil for cooking
Abt 3 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, salt & pepper put aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add in diced onions & chilies fry lightly. Stir well and add in the cheese.
And diced bread, till incoporated. Make sure that the bread are well mix n fried.
Lastly add in the beaten eggs & diced potatoes and stir well. Off fire n ready to serve with a squirt of chili sauce
