AYAM BERCILI IDEAL / IDEAL CHILLI CHICKEN
Hidangan ini sering kzah masak. terasa lemaknya kerana kelapa parut dikisar dlm bahan tumis. Bagi sesiapa yg suka pedas, bolihlah tambahkan cili nya.
AYAM BERCILI IDEAL

bahannya:
500 gm daging ayam dipotong
ramuan A:
1/4 cawan susu sejat Ideal
2 canca teh cuka
1 camca teh gula
garam secukup rasa
ramuan B:
4 biji lada merah segar
8 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
2cm halia
1 camca teh biji sawi
2 canca besar kelapa parut
3 camca besar minyak masak
1 labu bawang besar dihiris
2 biji cili merah dibelah 2
2 cili hijau dibelah 2
Gaul ayam dengan ramuan A dan perap selama 10 minit.
Kisar ramuan B hingga lumat.
Panas minyak dan goreng bawang besar hingga kekuningan.
Masukkan ramuan yang telah dikisar hingga wangi.
Masukkan ayam dan masak selama 5 minit.
Masukkan air dan masak sehingga mendidih.
Kecilkan api dan masak hingga ayam empok dan kuahnya pekat sedikit.
Masukkan cili dan masak selama 1 minit lagi.
Alihkan dari api.. hias dan hidangkan ketika masih panas dengan nasi/roti dll
This dish often cooked by me for my family. For those who is like hot spicy, add more chilli to it.

Ingredient:
500 gm chicken.. cut, clean,
ingredients A:
1 / 4 cup Ideal evaporated milk
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
ingredient B:
4 fresh red pepper
8 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tbsp Grated coconut
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion, sliced
2 red chillies split into 2
2 green chillies cut 2
Mix chicken with the ingredients A and marinate for 10 minutes.
Blend B ingredients until fine.
Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
Add the blended ingredients until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water.
Reduce heat and cook until the chicken tender and the sauce slightly thickens.
Add chilies and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat .. decorate and serve while still hot with rice / bread etc.to get nice color, add more chilli.. remove the seeds
