ACAR RAMPAI

Acar Rampai
3 batang timon dipotong kasar memanjang
2 batang carrot dipoyong kasar memanjang
2 batang lada merah dipotong memanjang
2 batang lada hijau dipotong memanjang
4 biji bawang besar ysng sederhana dipotong baji ( wedge)
10 ulas bawsng putih dihiris nipis
Sedikit air
Minyak utk menumis
Apple cider (cuka apple) secukup rasa
1/2 cawan lada kisar
1 inci halia dihiris nipis
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
2 sudu teh biji sawi
1 sudu teh gula
Garam secukup rasa

Panaskan minyak, goreng biji sawi sebentar.
Tumiskan hirisan bawang putih dan bawsng besar hingga wangi.
Masukkan puls pes cili. Tumis hingga pecah minyak.
Masukkan sedikit garam, lada merah, lada hijau, halia dan lobak merah.
Gaul rata bahan tersebut hingga lobak dan cili sedikit layu. Baru masukkan serbuk kunyit, timun, gula, sedikit air dan apple cider. Ratakan semu bahan- bahan. Matikan api dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

3  cucumber cut
2 carrots..cut
2 red chilli cut lengthwise
2 green chilli cut lengthwise
4 large onion cut wedge
10 garlic slice finely
little water
Oil for frying
Apple cider (apple vinegar) taste sufficiently
½ cup chilli pste
1 inch ginger slice finely
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
2  tea spoon mustard seed
1-2  tea spoon sugar
Sufficiently salt taste

Heat oil, fry mustard seeds for a while.
Saute  garlic until fragrant and large onion..
Add in chilli.pste. Saute until nice smell
Add a pinch of salt, red chilli, green chillir, ginger  and carrot.
Stir well ingredients then add turmeric powder, cucumber, sugar, little water and apple cider. Mix well, Turn off heat and ready to serve.
