SARANG SEMUT


SARANG SEMUT

Bahan A:
250 gm butter
100 gm gula castor

Bahan B:
1  biji kuning telor  (1 egg yolk)
1 sudu  kecil esen vanilla ( 1 tsp vanilla essence)

Bahan C:
100 gm tepong kastard (custard flour)

Bahan D:
350 gm tepong gandum ( plain flour)

Cara (method)
1.Pukul A hingga kembang ( beat A till fluffy)
2.Masukkan B ( add in B)
3.Pukul lagi dan masokkan C ( add in C and mix well).
4.Masukkan D sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis ( add in D bit by bit till finish)
5. Uli hingga jadi doh ( knead well till become dough)
6.Bungkus dan simpan dlm peti sejuk selama 20 minit (wrap the dough and keep in the fridge arnd 20 minute)
7. Ambil sedikit doh dan parut sedikit ke dlm paper cup. ( take a small portion of dough and use cheese grater and grate the dough into papercup.
8. Bakar selama 15-20 minit (bake in oven for 15 to 20 minit.
