SAMBAL SOTONG BALL BEREMPAH

(Spicy cuttlefish ball)

Bahan-bahan 

  • SOTONG BALL 500 GM

  • Bahan kisar (grind/pound into paste)
  • @8 ulas bawang merah (8 shallots)
  • @5 ulas bawang putih (5 garlic)
  • @1 in halia (1 inch ginger)
  • @1 batang serai (1 lemon grass)
  • @ 2" lengkuas (2" garlanga)
  • @30 tangkai cili kering (30 nos dried chilli)
  • @1 sudu makan ketumbar biji (2 tbsp coriander seed)
  • @1 sudu teh jintan manis biji (1 tsp anise seed)
  • @ butter/minyak ( butter or oil)
  • @garam dan gula secukup rasa ( salt & seasoning)

**Air Asam (Tamarinjuice)
  • #boleh ditambah hirisan daun limau purut jika suka
  • (Optional kaffir leave)

Cara-cara

  1. Tumis bahan2 kisar dgn minyak atau butter hingga wangi.( saute the paste with oil / butter till aroma)
  2. Perahkan sedikit air asam.. tumis hingga garing dan naik minyak. (Add in tamarind juice and continue cook till aroma)
  3. Masukkan sedikit gula dan garam.. masukkan sotong ball dan kacau balik2 agar ball sebati dgn sambal ( add in sugar & salt and stir, add cuttle ball..mix well with the sauce)
  4. Renehkan sedikit dan matikan api ( cook a little bit longer and off the fire stove)
