IKAN TOMATO ALA INDIA


Recipe in English and Malay

Resepi ini da lama tersimpan dalam koleksi dan kzah sering masak kerana....
 semua bahan2 nya dihiris atau dadu. Senang dimasak dan sedap dimakan.

1 kg ikan kerisi / tenggiri
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu besar lada serbuk
Ikan dibersihkan dilomorkan dgn bahan diatas. Diperap 10 minit baru digoreng.
400- 500 gm tomato dipotong dadu
2-3 biji bawang besar dipotong dadu
2 cm halia dicincang
3 biji bawang putih dicincang
3 batang lada merah dihiris
1 sudu kecil kunyit serbuk
1 sudu besar cili powder
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu besar cuka
1 sudu besar jintan manis ditumbuk kasar
1 sudu besar minyak sapi
200 ml minyak masak
3 tangkai daun kari
200 ml air
Daun ketumbar
Panaskan kedua- dua minyak.
Tumis jintan, halia, bawang putih,
lada hiris, bawang dadu, tomato dadu, di tumis rata.
 Masukkan daun kari, lada serbuk, kunyit serbuk juga air.
Gaul rata..masukkan ikan, daun ketumbar dan garam

1 kg of  Bream / mackerel or any other fish
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chilli powder
cleaned fish and drain, apply  the above ingredients, marinated 10 minutes.. fry as usual

400-500 gm diced tomatoes
2-3 large onion diced
2 cm ginger chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 stalks of red chilli, sliced
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar / apple cider
1 tablespoon coarse ground anise
1 tablespoon ghee
200 ml cooking oil
3 stalks curry leaves
200 ml of water
coriander leaves

Heat the two oils.
Saute cumin, ginger, garlic,  sliced chilli​​, diced onions, diced tomatoes, in stir-fry evenly. Add the curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder and water. Mix well .. add fish, coriander and salt
