MEE GORENG / FRIED NOODLE


This noodle is my kitchen recepi.Mee Goreng or fried noodle is a famous hawker food in South east Asian countries. It is so delicious and spicy. Normally seafood, chicken or meat is added together with vegetable such as cabbage or bean sprout. Addition of blended dry chili, sauces and tomato really enhance the flavour of this noodle. Kindly adjust the chili used according to your taste.

FRIED NOODLE
* 1 kg yellow noodles rinse alittle under the tap and drain
* mustard leaves
* cabbage
* 1 medium tomato cut 6
* 1 cup bean sprouts
* Chives cut 1 inch long
* celery 1 inches long
* 1 cube chicken stock
* 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
* 1 cup cooking oil
* 300 grams prawn
* 2-3 pieces medium squid outer skin removed and sliced,​​throw the black ink washed and drained
* 2 pieces of fish cake
Salt if necessary

Ground items:
15-20 dried chillies, soaked, seeds removed
8 shallot
5 cloves garlic

Heat oil and fry the groung paste until fragrant.
add chicken cube stir ..
add in squid, prawns, stir until cooked.
add fish cake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, noodles, cabbage, tomatoes, let all mix well and cook
lastly add chives, celery, bean sprouts.
Stir few minutes, turn off heat.





MEE GORENG
*1 kg mee kuning di cuci sebentar bawah paip dan di toskan
*1 pokok sawi
*2 kelopak kobis panjang
*1 biji tomato yang sederhana dibelah 6
*1 cawan taugeh
* kucai dikerat 1 inci panjang
*Daun sup dikerat 1 inci panjang
*1 kuib pati ayam
*4 sudu makan kicap manis
*2 sudu makan oyster sauce
*1 cawan minyak masak
*300 gm udang kecil dibuang kulit
*2-3 ekor sotong sederhana dibuang kulit luar dan hitam dihiris dicuci dan toskan
*2 keping fish cake
Garam jika perlu

Bahan kisar:
15-20 batang lada kering dibuang biji dan direndam
8 ulas bawsng merah
5 ulas bawang putih

Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi.
Masuk kuib ayam..kacau
Masuk sotong, udang, kacau hingga masak.
Masuk fish cake, kicap, oyster sauce, mee, sawi, tomato, kobis, biar hingga semua masak.
Masukkan kucai, daun sup, taugeh.
Kacau sekejap, tutup api.
