SIPUT GORENG LADA



Siput Goreng Lada
1 kg siput sedut dibersihkan dan dipotong hujung
1 biji bawang besar dipotong baji atau ikut hiris
1 batang lobak merah
1 biji lada hijau besar (green pepper)
1 sudu besar apple cider/ cuka
Serbuk perasa dan garam
Bahan kisar:
15 tangkai lada kering
4 ulas bawang putih
4-5 biji tomato yang masak ranum
1 cube pati ikan bilis ( optional)
Siput dicelor dalam air panas yang mendidih.
Lobak di rebus hingga masak, lepas itu baru dihiris.
Lada hijau dibelah 4.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga wangi baunya.
Masukkan perasa, garam dan apple cider/cuka.
Akhir sekali masukkan siput dan kacau hingga siput sebati dengan kuahnya baru lah masukkan lobak merah, lada hijau dan bawang. Ratakan biar sebati baru tutup api.

Recepi in English
1 kg of snails cut end
1 large onion cut into wedge or slice
1 medium carrot
1 large green pepper, throw away seeds
1 tablespoon apple cider / vinegar
Seasoning powder and salt

Ground items:
15 stalks dried chillies
4 cloves garlic
4-5 ripe tomatoes
1 cube anchovy stock(optional)

Boil the snails in boiling hot water for few minutes
Carrots, boil to cook, then slice.
Green pepper cut 4.
Heat oil and fry ground ingredients until fragrant smell.
Season to taste, salt and apple cider / vinegar.
Finally add the snails and stir until well blended with the sauce , add carrots, green pepper and onion, stir well let off heat.. Serve
