BUBUR AYAM @EUNOS

The famous Bubur Ayam @ Eunos Market.
mari sama sama kita coba memasaknya.

Bahan-bahan utk bubur ayam:
300 gm beras
3000 ml air paip
1 sudu makan lada putih serbuk
1.5 sudu teh garam
Setengah ekor ayam ( cuci dan toskan)
10 ulas bawang merah
2 cm halia
3 sudu makan minyak masak
1500 ml air paip
1 batang lobak merah
Secukup bawang goreng, daun sup, daun bawang.
Minyak bijan

Cuci beras, kemudian direbus dengan 3000 ml sir paip hingga kembang. Jika berasnya kurang berkanji, tambah airnya.
Giling atau kisar bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia.
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan yg dikisar hingga wangi.
Masak ayam dlm air paip 1500 ml.. Rebus ayam hingga empok. Tapis air nya.
Tuangkan air rebusan ayam ke dalam periok nasi dan masukkan lobak. Masak bubur hingga lobak empok.
Carik carik isi ayam dan masukkan ke dlm bubur yg sedang masak.
Masukkan lada putih dan garam.
Hidangkan bubur dlm mangkuk. Tabur hirisan daun sup daun bawang serta bawang goreng. Renjiskan sedikit minyak bijan.

Ingredients for the chicken broth:
300 gm rice
3000 ml tap water
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1.5 teaspoon salt
Half chicken (rinse and drain)
10 shallots
2 cm ginger
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1500 ml tap water
1 medium carrot
Enough fried onions, celery, spring onions.

Wash rice, then boiled with 3000 ml of the water until fluffy. If the porridge less starchy, add water.
groud onion, garlic and ginger.
Heat oil and fry ground ingredients until fragrant.

Cook chicken in 1500 ml water .. Boil chicken until tender. take out the chicken.
Pour chicken stock into the rice and add carrots. Cook until carrots soften.
Shred shred chicken and put it in my porridge is cooked.
Add pepper and salt.
Serve porridge in a bowl. Sprinkle cut spring onion, celery fried onions. Sprinkle a little sesame oil.
